It's been over 24 hours, how come my profile is not live yet?
In the past few weeks we have gotten a large amount of press. We are working 24 hours a day to approve new profiles. Each profile is manually reviewed and confirmed before it's made live. Please bear with us while we work fast to approve your profile. Right now there is a 3-4 day waiting process, but within the next few days we should be all caught up.
My username and password won't allow me to login to my profile, how come?
We have very strict rules on the application page. The most common reason for a profile to be rejected is because the photos are too small. Also it's important that you write a few sentences about yourself in your profile and keep your profile clean from obscenities.
Why am I receiving an error when I try to upload a photo?
Make sure you are viewing the website in either FireFox, Chrome, or Internet Explorer. The site does not work in AOL
I'm a paying member of RentAFriend.com, how come I can't send a message to a friend, how come nothing happens when I try to send a message to a friend?
When you become a member of RentAFriend.com you will need to create an email name before you can send messages from your account. As soon as you login to your account please read the page entirely on how to setup your account.
